The IT / Accounts Assistant is taking care of the day-to-day support and troubleshooting of all in house software and equipment. Also assist the Accounts division, providing high-level administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration and maintenance company PC's
• Providing users with appropriate support and advice (helpdesk)
• Systems testing and analysis.
• Technical reporting.
• Assess and resolve issues.
• Provide daily/weekly data reporting.
• Regular database inspection to ensure accuracy.
• Work with accounts team to ensure success and maintenance of data.
• Export, import, conversion of data in Excel format.
• General ad hoc responsibilities and administration duties as directed by management
Requirements:
• Demonstrated teamwork and adaptable to work group environment
• Systems knowledge of Microsoft applications, Specifically advanced Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
• High level of motivation, maturity & dependability under high pressure situations
• Team player with excellent attention to details
• Ability to prioritise and deal effectively with queries
• html and php is an advantage
